Overall, this is a very nice picture. This is a beautiful girl, lovely eyes and hair; everything about her is beautiful. I like how she has her hands behind her head-this makes more angles, and gives it a "model" look.
But, I don't think the head should be straight on, maybe to the side a bit. That would make the picture the best it could be. The eyes should also still be on the camera, keep the eyes the way they are.
Still, you did a very nice job, and keep taking more, and I promise you will improve! Very lovely picture!
